Meet Peter, our Catering Driver, friendly face and all round good bloke, who’s been part of the Euro family for nearly 4 years!

We asked Peter what some of his favourites are!
☕ Favourite coffee: Anything!
🍔 Favourite menu item: Jimmy the Chef’s Special Cheeseburger
🍰 Favourite dessert: Vanilla Slice

Peter loves meeting new people, delivering catering orders and seeing how happy our customers are when their food arrives. Since joining Euro, he’s also loved learning how our cakes and desserts are made and just how much preparation goes on behind the scenes!

For Peter, what makes Euro special is simple: the family environment every day.
And his advice to our customers?
“Try everything once, you won’t be disappointed!”

MEET THE TEAM - CJ

Whether you’ve been coming to Euro for years or have only just popped by, chances are you’ve enjoyed something CJ has had a hand in creating!

CJ is our Production Manager, and this October marks an incredible 18 years as part of the Euro team.
We asked her what some of her favourites are:

Favourite food: 🥗 pumpkin & beetroot salad with chicken and chorizo
Favourite sweet: 🍰 it's a toss up between a slice of our Nutella Stack with a shot of coffee or our Basque Cheesecake.
And her coffee order? ☕️ A small soy double-shot flat white.

After almost 18 years, CJ says one of the things she still loves most about Euro is how busy and creative every day can be. She loves creating great tasting cakes, experimenting with different flavour combinations and seeing new ideas come to life. She especially loves having the creative freedom to develop new products, while getting the whole team involved, sharing ideas and coming up with new flavours together.

One thing nearly 18 years at Euro has taught her?

“With the right team, anything is possible.”

And it’s the people that make Euro so special to CJ. After so many years working alongside one another, there’s a real sense of family, everyone works together, supports each other and is always there when needed.
We’re incredibly lucky to have CJ as such a big part of Euro. Her creativity, experience and the care she puts into everything she creates has made her such a valued part of our team, and we’re so grateful to have her!

MEET THE TEAM - LIZ 👋

If you’ve been coming to Euro for a while, chances are you already know this lovely face!

Liz has been part of the Euro family for nearly 9 years and is one of our wonderful supervisors. She loves being hands on, working as part of a team and helping find positive solutions whenever things get busy.

Her favourites? Smashed avo bruschetta, our triple choc fudge, and a small flat white with an extra shot ☕️

One of Liz’s favourite things about Euro is that it’s never boring! She loves the busy, bustling atmosphere, watching customers’ cake ideas come to life, and the familiar faces who keep coming back.

Having been here for 8½ years, Liz has also been part of two chapters of Euro, from working alongside our previous owners and the family feel they created, to now being part of Euro’s next chapter. In Liz’s words, the new owners have brought a fresh burst of energy and passion, while continuing the family feel that has always made Euro so special.

We absolutely love that Liz has been part of Euro’s story for so long, and we’re very lucky to have her along for this next chapter too!
