JUST IN : Bush Tomato 🔥

A really special little fruit, wild harvested, that is hard to get your hands on. Big thanks to Kungkas Can Cook for this batch.

This means plenty more of your favourite umami boost coming to our shelves. If you havent tried our range of chilli crisps, this is an awesome one to start with. Savoury, salty, crunchy, chewy, spicy but not Blow-Your-Head-Off-Hot.

Add it into sauces, on top of pasta, dumplings, steak, roast vegetables, eggs on toast, options are endless. We have jars ready for you in cafe, and will see you at Olive Tree Markets next month with plenty more

Guess what. We've got something new going on. Now we can bring your favourite handmade gelato and sorbet to your wedding, party, event...anything you like.

We can set up in as little as 1m x 1.5m and we can run completely offgrid for over 24hrs. So you can put us literally anywhere.

We really love this time of year. Except this time around we have a freeze dryer too. We are having a ball doing what we do and we'll let you know what we have come up with when our experimnting is complete.

Dear Newcastle community. We would like to offer a $500 reward for a succesful introduction to this gentleman. Note the distinctive shoes and adidas gym bag. He may be a little bleary eyed after a late night last night and may (hopefully) also have some fresh cuts from broken glass. Any help would be appreciated.
