It’s a very sad day for us at Convoy Commune, as it officially marks Raf’s last day.

From day one, Rafa has brought passion, quality, care, and an incredible work ethic to our little kitchen. More than that, he’s been a genuinely good human, a real joy to work with, and a valued part of our Convoy family, helping shape the culture and community we’re very proud of.

Rafa, we’re incredibly grateful for all of your efforts and everything you’ve contributed over the years, from the countless meals you’ve produced, the laughs, the singing (especially those top notes) and the friendships you’ve formed along the way.

We’re all genuinely sad to see you go, and it won’t be the same without you, but we’re also very excited for you and your next chapter, and know you will always do great things!

Thank you for everything, Rafa. You’ll always have a seat at our table. 🫶🏽❤️

Out with the old, in with the new! 😍

Whilst our coffee setup has served us incredibly well over the years (reliably turning approximately 4 tonne of coffee a year into the delicious caffeinated beverages you’ve come to know and love), we decided it was time for a little refresh.

Our upgraded workflow will help us to ensure improved consistency, enhanced flavours, and even faster service!

We’re absolutely loving the improved flavours, but we’d LOVE to hear what you think - can you taste the difference?

A massive thank you to .roasters for helping make it happen, for the install, for the last minute save, and for capturing all the action! 🫶🏽

FESTIVE TRADING HOURS

Yessss, we’ll be open and serving throughout this festive season! However, we are allowing our Convoy team a couple of very well-earned short breathers in amongst the craziness of holiday season meaning we’ll be closed on both Christmas Day and New Year’s Day this year.

Christmas Day | CLOSED

Boxing Day | 7:00am - 1:00pm

Sat 27th Dec | 6:00am - 2:30pm
Sun 28th Dec | 7:00am - 2:30pm
Mon 29th Dec | 6:00am - 2:30pm
Tues 30th Dec | 6:00am - 2:30pm

New Years Eve | 6:00am - 1:00pm

New Years Day | CLOSED

We will return to normal operating hours (6am - 2:30pm)
from Friday 2nd of January.

If we don’t see you during this time, regardless of how you’re spending it, we wish you all a very merry, happy and safe Christmas! 🫶🏽

HAPPY FRIDAY!! ☕️🤩

Somewhere in amongst all of the craziness that 2025 has thrown up, we somehow made it to six years of Convoy Commune! (Officially, it was on the 19th of November).

It’s sure been one crazy ride, but without your continued love and support, we certainly wouldn’t still be here doing what we love!

To say a massive thank you, a little early Merry Christmas, a simple Happy Friday, or even just to put some smiles on some dials amongst the heaviness we’ve seen in the world lately, the coffee’s are on us this morning!!
