Two new favourites!

Perfectly Roasted Pork Belly served with silky parsnip purée, braised red cabbage, crispy fried Brussels sprouts, and finished with a rich red wine jus.

Both were absolutely packed with flavour and beautifully presented. These are definitely two dishes I’ll be coming back for!

Thyme & Garlic Roasted Chicken Breastnestled on silky truffled Jerusalem artichoke purée, with Swiss brown mushrooms, crispy Roman kale chips, and finished with a glossy red wine jus.

Both were absolutely packed with flavour and beautifully presented. These are definitely two dishes I’ll be coming back for!
