Just when things were starting to kick off for us and DidiMin was becoming a favourite at the markets, life happened.
This month, we need to take a short break from the markets so we can be there for our daughter as she goes through her bone marrow transplant.
Her transplant journey, including recovery, is expected to be around 6 months long. Even so, we plan to be back as soon as there is a bit of calm in the process and we are able to step out again.
Right now, our focus is on being present for her and walking this journey with our family. It is not an easy season for us, but family comes first.
To everyone who has supported DidiMin, bought from us, shared our posts, encouraged us, and made us feel so welcomed in this community, thank you. You have truly made us feel accepted, seen, and part of something special, and we do not take that lightly.
We will genuinely miss serving you all and being part of the market atmosphere that was starting to feel like home to us.
As soon as there is a little calm in the process, we will be back serving the Ghanaian street eats that so many of you have come to love.
Please keep our daughter and family in your thoughts and prayers during this time.
With love,
DidiMin – Ghana Street Eats
