Hello fabulous friends!

We are heartbroken to have to inform you that Brewtique on Blair is no longer trading.

During our break we looked at options for our future and have decided due to failing health we are no longer able to continue with our beautiful cafe.

We have gone into involuntary liquidation so if you see a sign on our door then that is what it is for.

We are so sorry that it has come to this. We have enjoyed every minute of serving you and providing our awsome food.

We have especially loved our fabulous customers coming through the door. We have enjoyed getting to know you all and will miss our chats. Our regulars will be truly missed.

Our special little friends Spencer, Kasey, and Odi, you have especially brought us great joy and will miss our little routines and chats, and to all the other little ones that make us smile we will miss you all.

We have made some great friendships during our time in business and hope that they can continue on.

We would like to give the biggest thankyou to our wonderful talented and dedicated staff. We wouldnā€™t have done anything without you. It is hard to believe that you are all still so young and could achieve great things. You are set for great futures as you have shown what you are capable of and were always up for the challenge. Our apprentice Kira, we are so sorry we couldnā€™t continue this journey with you. You are awesome.

If anyone is looking for some great workers, let us know. We are sure they will get snapped up very quickly. We have a promising young chef who has not long started her journey. If anyone con offer her a place to continue her apprenticship you would be doing yourself a great favour.

We are hoping that the business can be sold and continue on but it is early days yet and it is out of our hands.

So thank you all for the laughs, smiles, and chats and all the fabulous memories.

Good morning Derwent Valley and beyond!

We are back this weekend to serve you the deliciousness you have missed over the last couple of days.

We will be open 8-8 today and Sunday 8-5.

We will be taking a couple of weeks break after this weekend just to take a breath. We have been working for 18 months without a break so we need a bit of a refresh.

Meanwhile, come in and get your fix.

Good morning fabulous friends!

Well it certainly is a chilly one this morning. It is starting to warm up a bit. If you were up at 6 you would believe me.

We have some workers outside today fixing the dreadful footpath on the right side of the store. It will be lovely when itā€™s finished. There will be a couple of trucks around and you will have to use the parking from the phone booth up. No idea of how long they will be here. At least there will be some free entertainment if you like trucks.

We have plenty of deliciousness in here to keep you warm so come on in out of the cold.

We are open today 8-5.

Good morning Derwent Valley and beyond!

Itā€™s a bit of a strange day here in New Norfolk. It is very warm and a tad windy and also a bit grey out there.

You may not feel like venturing out today but if you come into Brewtique on Blair you will know was worth the effort.

We have our most delicious breakfast available dine in until 2.30. These include Eggs Benny, Pancakes, Smashed Avo, and our Brewtique Big Breakfast. There are a few other breakfast and plenty lunch options to enjoy here in our cafe.

If you want breakfast on the go you can get The Jake with the option to have it on an English muffin or you could try our new Ultimate Breakfast Burger. Both are also available to have dine in.

Our all day menu is available from 8-8 today.

If you are after something to have with a coffee or other hot drink you can always try our cheesecake or scones served with jam and cream, all available both dine in and takeaway.

All worth venturing out for.

The heaters are on, so it is nice in the cafe, and we have hot drinks and yummy hot food so we might not need the blanketsā€¦

Due to increasing demand, weā€™re bringing back the curries!
Starting next Friday and Saturday (19th and 20th), we be serving a range of different curries for you to come in and enjoy for dinner.

Keep your eyes peeled for more details when we have chosen for next weeks curry menu- or feel free to leave a suggestion (Ethiopian curries were always a popular choice)

In the meantime you can still get Satay veg and butter chicken on our regular menus. Dine in or take away.
