[Sushi] Every Wednesday and Friday morning, while many of us are just starting our day, the team at Kitchen Koo are already hard at work.

Their day begins long before the sushi reaches our counter. There are ingredients to source, rice to prepare, vegetables to slice, fish to carefully handle, and years of knowledge to draw upon. Skills passed down through tradition and family are woven into every roll they make.

Just as our House Proud series celebrates the artists whose work fills our gallery walls, we'd like to celebrate the food artisans who help make the artHouse what it is.

By 9:30am each Wednesday and Friday, all of those early mornings, careful preparation and quiet moments of craftsmanship come together on our counter, ready for you to enjoy.

We think that's something worth celebrating.

We are excited to announce that Kitchen-koo’s sushi will be available at The artHouse starting Wednesday, June 10th! ​We offer sushi on Wednesdays and Fridays during the winter season.

Either way, the good news is the wait is almost over!

Our friends at Kitchen Koo are back from their well-earned break, and from next Wednesday, 10th June we'll once again be able to satisfy those sushi cravings.

[SUSHI] Today is our last Sushi Day for a little while. Our friends at Kitchen-Koo are taking a well deserved break for a few weeks, but will be back with us in early June. Have a wonderful and refreshing break, and we look forward to welcoming their delicious sushi back in store in the coming weeks.

[SUSHI MONDAY] Thank you to our local friends Kitchen-Koo for continuing to supply the freshest and most delicious sushi in the Valley. We have sushi in-store on Monday, Thursday, Friday & Sunday.

Kitchen-Koo offers catering services for small groups as well as large events of around 100–150 people.
For large orders, please contact us at least two to three weeks in advance.

We are able to tailor the sushi to your preferences as much as possible.
These photos show part of the sushi we provided last week for the Red Bull Hardline event held at Maydena Bike Park.❗️

We were truly honored to receive a large number of orders from them over three days and to have the opportunity to prepare so much sushi.

It was the biggest project we have ever taken on, and completing it smoothly without any issues was an invaluable experience for us. We are sincerely grateful to Simon French and Maydena Bike Park for giving us this opportunity.✨

We will be taking a break for a while starting in April, but until then, we look forward to receiving orders from both new and returning customers.😀
