T H E N E W S
It is with great sadness that I write this post.
After much deliberation, we have decided not to renew our lease at Pablo.
As a lot of you will know, we have run cafes for years now, with Pablo turning ten years old since his inception. Don’t get us wrong - we adore what we do and the community that has continued to support us through thick and thin. We have just reached a point in our lives where we need to simplify, and focus more on our little family.
We had hoped that Pablo would have sold this week, but unfortunately our buyer disappeared into thin air, so here we are.
Our last day of trade will be this coming Sunday. If I have coffee left, I’ll open the doors one last time on Monday morning for takeaways and farewells. If anyone needs furniture or coffee supplies hit your gal up too haha!
Thank you all so, so much for your unwavering support over the years. The fact that we have had some of you for all ten of those years fills us with such sincere gratitude. We are also indebted to our beautiful team, out front and behind the scenes.
We’re sad, and happy, and excited for what the future holds for us. Let’s all hope that 2022 is going to be amazing for all of us.
