The chicken and corn toastie has returned.

We load it with juicy chicken, crisp sweet corn and fresh, crunchy lettuce, then finish it with a generous swipe of our zesty lemon herb mayo for a bright, tangy kick in every bite.

Grab one while it’s here, and maybe grab a few napkins too.

Sometimes you just want a semi-sourdough baguette.

We don't do anything fancy with ours. We just give it time. Careful mixing and a slow ferment give it a crackly crust and a soft, irregular crumb.

The perfect vessel for a weekend sub or pairing with cheese and charcuterie boards.

This is the one.

Every so often a toastie does the rounds at the bakery and nobody hands it back. This was one of those.

Focaccia's back, filled with roast beef, our housemade pickled zucchini and a punchy jalapeño mayo, also made in-house.

It tastes like spring to us, and a reminder of everything spring can be.
