Our new Red Wine & Juniper Braised Venison is marinated for 24 hours in red wine before being slow-braised with juniper, thyme and marjoram until beautifully tender. Served over creamy polenta and paired with a glass of San Lorenzo Montepulciano, it's the perfect excuse for a midweek dinner.

Our Polpette all'Ascolana are golden, crisp and served with a creamy green olive mayonnaise for the perfect bite to enjoy alongside your favourite aperitivo.
