🔥❤️ WHAT A MAGIC DAY! ❤️🔥

What a MAGIC day it was at Nerriga Hotel on Saturday! The Nerriga community truly came together to create something pretty special — and a meaningful moment for mental health.

We couldn’t have asked for better weather for the 4th instalment of the Nerriga Camp Oven Cook Off. The sun was shining, the fires were roaring and, judging by the smiles, laughter and full bellies, it’s fair to say everyone had an absolute ball! 🥘🔥☀️

We are incredibly proud to announce our fundraising total, but before we get to that, there are SO many people we need to thank. ❤️

Please take a moment to read through and acknowledge the incredible efforts of everyone who helped make Saturday happen. Without each and every one of them, this day simply would not have been possible!

❤️ OUR COOKING TEAMS — You are the heart of this event! You worked tirelessly cooking delicious food, creating amazing camp kitchens and bringing the atmosphere that makes the Cook Off so special. Your commitment, creativity and dedication are truly inspiring. You are ALL winners for getting involved!

❤️ OUR AMAZING COMMUNITY VOLUNTEERS — From the months of preparation to the day itself and the clean-up afterwards, you were there helping every step of the way. We could never pull this off without you. Your support is priceless!

❤️ OUR FOOD SUPPLIERS — You were incredibly generous in helping us source all the ingredients for our competitors. A huge thank you to Nowra Farmers Market, who donated all the produce for the day, and V&C Food Distributors and Nowra Fresh for helping provide the meat. And thank you to the independent butchers who also contributed — Lakeline Butchery, Robertson Village Butchery and Sanctuary Point Craft Butchery. ❤️

❤️ OUR AUCTION & RAFFLE DONORS — What another spectacular prize pool! Your generosity helped make the raffle and auction a huge success. We sold an incredible number of raffle tickets and, once again, the crowd went WILD when the auction got underway! 🔨😂
