I normally forget to take photos when I am catering. These smaller things I did remember to.....
*The small plater was for a resident who was going to a friends for a shared lunch.
*The very full sandwich was for another lady to take home for her lunch/tea.
*The omelette and bacon was simply a dine in customer who order extra bacon on the side

Then I added more food pics I may have put elsewhere but I deleting them from my phone so just to be sure

As many of you know, I was closed for most of last week because of illness (down side of being a sole trader).
Reopened today and back into meal prep for tonight.

Looking forward to the cafe having the sounds of happy people enjoying their meal and the company of friends and family.
Tonight is roast lamb and curried sausages for mains. The photo was taken yesterday I'm not that far behind🤷‍♀️🤣

Only reason I am posting this is because I'm a little tired still and in haste, or not concentrating enough I put hand to far down the spoon and straight into the pot of not quite boiling water. So now sitting cooling them, my fingers, off with a cloth filled with ice 🤔🤯, slowly typing left handed and yawning away 🥱.
Somehow I.... we, Graeme will help me when he has finished his days work, will get everyone feed.

Time to get back into my work.
