Barista spotlight 📣

This is our beautiful Cadence. She has been with Essence Cafe for 11+ years, starting work with Deb, transitioning to Megan and now with Shiggy and Roxy, which makes her a part of history here at Essence 💕

Cadence reports that her favourite thing about Essence is 'the really lovely customers and the staff".
(We agree with her 😆)

She also loves the quirkiness, and takes pride of the food and coffee served, all prepped here in our kitchen.

When pushed to find the hardest thing about working with Essence, Cadence admitted that she doesn't really like washing out the bins...

In her spare time Cadence can be found doing any number of artsy crafty things, as well as gardening and fossicking!

When asked what she sees herself doing in 5 yrs, Cadence has a simple vision, to be growing, be happy, and be healthy 🙏

We love Cadence being a part of our team, but really, it's more like we're a part of hers! And just quietly (don't tell the others), we think she may also be the best Artist with her latte art too 👍👍.
