⛱️ We’re thrilled to see Lake Canobolas reopen for swimming!! Wahoo!
As the restrictions have only just been lifted today, we weren’t scheduled to open on Monday for Australia Day, and sadly, we just can’t make it work at such short notice.
Thank you so much for your understanding.

👏🌊 It's the news we've all been waiting for! Lake Canobolas has reopened for swimming and water recreation activities.
The Red Alert for unsafe levels of blue-green algae at Lake Canobolas was lifted earlier today after being issued just before Christmas. The lake is now at Green Alert level.
Routine water testing at the lake will continue and users will be advised of any change as new results are received.
Water users should be aware of the risks associated with entering any waterway in NSW. These waters are untreated, their quality is unknown and conditions can change rapidly. Always exercise caution and assess the risks.
