🚫 Unfortunately we’ve decided to stay closed today (Saturday) so we can spend the day prepping for tomorrow’s big event at Sustainable BNE Festival at Roma Street Parkland 🌿🥔

Not every loaded spud is this photogenic once it’s packed into a container… but underneath all those toppings is the same golden baked potato and generous fillings you know and love. 🤤🥔

For this shoot we let the spuds out of their boxes and dressed them up properly so you could actually see what goes into every meal — from the crispy bacon and slow-cooked meats to the creamy sauces and melted cheese.

Because let’s be honest… once we load them up in the van, half the potato disappears under all the goodness. 😅

Hi folks, we will be closing at 7pm tonight as we are almost sold out of baked potatoes.

If you were waiting for our Spud Saver Hour, we do apologise, however this hour is designed for potatoes we don’t sell earlier in the evening, so waiting always comes with the risk of missing out altogether.

Thank you to everyone who came out tonight! We were blessed with a dry night for a change, which made for a lovely evening 🌤️🥔

🌱 Introducing Spud Saver Hour 🥔

We’re trialling something new to help cut down on food waste… and give you a pretty awesome deal at the same time 🙌

At the final hour of selected pop-ups, we’ll be running a Spud Saver Hour where any remaining loaded spud meals will be just $10.

We’ll be trialling this Wednesday & Thursday this week, and we’ll be staying open a little later to make it happen and see if it’s something we can keep doing long term.

Why?
Because at the end of the night, any leftover baked potatoes can’t be reused the next day — and we’d much rather see them enjoyed than go to waste.

A couple of things to keep in mind:
👉 It’s only during the last hour of trade
👉 Only while stock lasts (we may sell out before it starts)
👉 No holds or preorders
👉 Spud meals only (not loaded fries)
👉 Doesn’t count toward loyalty cards
