Yesterday I had the honour and privilege to cater my first 100th birthday party!! This man is amazing....still lives in his own home and is blessed with good health and mobility, supported by his lovely wife and daughter. He is also a holocaust survivor which makes this milestone even more amazing! Cheers to you, Mr Cichonski!

I even made some Polish treats for his party......potato pancakes, polish apple cake and polish donuts ❤️ Shots of Vodka are also apparently an essential for Polish parties 😜

Refugee Week 2026. A small event this morning to celebrate our community and it's diversity through migration, asylum and refugee avenues.

Rather than the usual offerings I thought I'd stretched my cooking abilities, googled some dishes from some ethic groups, and presented these!

Today some friends and I spent a beautiful autumn day down at the historic for a event, highlighting the local seafood available on the Limestone Coast and up the Coorong. Menu was prepared by Kirby and his team from and was delicious!! Gretel & Andy were fabulous hosts and we retired home well sated and looking forward to the next event!
