Iv been watching over 20 odd years large seafood buyers get Richer while the fisherman Supplying them the Seafood get poorer.

It’s not Fair on the Lively Hoods of generations that have been supplying our Region with The Best Tasting King Prawn species in the world. 🌎

Yet 75-85% of Australian’s 🇦🇺 have never actually tasted a “Freshly Cooked Prawn” because they all get frozen and stored for weeks sometimes months before they are defrosted and Advertised as fresh in store.
