MIXTAPE — VOLUME 1

Part of an ongoing experimental series, using a really tiny batch of core range b**r and remixing it into something new and interesting.

Volume 1 brings Cloudburst, fermented out a bit further and hopped with Dolcita. Pours light straw and hazy under a soft white head. Coconut and tropical fruit up front, passionfruit and citrus skin sitting behind. Smooth and balanced, with the coconut doing most of the heavy lifting. 6% AB

This just hit the Brewhouse today, and we've already burned though half our allocation. Grab a cold one while you can!

Today's the day! Those of you in the inner ring already know the lowdown. But for those of you who don't, here it is.

Jamie's got a stash of Sabbath, and today she's dropping the whole lot, and it's running until it runs out.

Here's what she's got:

• Sabbath Pastry Stout — stacks of cubes
• Super Sabbath — a few kegs on tap
• (Black) Sabbath 2026 — 4-pack sighted. Possibly a few kegs on tap too
• White Sabbath – 3 cubes sighted

Meet Baptiste, our CHDO (Chief Hot Dog Officer). An amazing brewer and a tireless hot dog enthusiast. He has "taste-tested" this Cali-Dog several times now, in the pursuit of science for the greater good. It's now rubber-stamped and drops tomorrow at the Reverb launch party — this time with pineapple chilli salsa and guac added to the final line-up. $15, vegan version too, while stocks last.

Reverb drops this Friday and we're not letting it land quietly!

With spring around the corner, Reverb hangs up the raincoat, reaches for the Birks and leans into the sunny patch between the clouds. A crisp Cali IPA — light gold, bright clarity, malt kept well in the background. New US hop Dolcita and even-newer Kiwi Manilita do the big work: pine needle and sweet pineapple on the nose, a resinous wave of gummy fruit lolly and piña colada through the middle, then grapefruit skin and a sharp, clean bitter finish.

So we're giving it a proper opening at the .
