Alot of work goes into Chef Shannon’s Lambs Shanks to make them so yummy!

They are slow-cooked for 3 - 4 hours depending on their size. Then oven baked a second time, in individual portions just before serving.

Plated on a bed of our house made creamy mash potatoes with red wine au jus and topped with steamed broccolini.

So delicious & very satisfying, come and get yours this weekend while they last 🥰

It's the perfect season for one of Chef Shannon’s flavoursome hearty slow-cooked pies.

Guinness, Beef & Mushroom pie, rich tender beef & chunky mushrooms, topped with mushy pea's. Available on our main menu.

Lamb Shank pie, shredded meat pulled from the bone, topped with broccolini. Available for a limited time on our specials board.

Both come served with Creamy House Mash Potato and Red Wine Au Jus.

Always a crowd favourite Chef Shannon’s Fettuccine Chicken Boscaiola served with just the right amount of mushroom, bacon & shallots in a creamy garlic sauce and topped with shaved parmesan.

Accompany it with a Mushroom Bruschetta, an array of mixed mushrooms, basil pesto, persian fetta & optional balsamic glaze.

Both available for lunch &/or dinner. Fettuccine Boscaiola is also available on our special 'lunch only' menu for only $18 (excludes chicken) or $22 with chicken and even less if you are a Muswellbrook Golf Club member.
