What a wonderful Easter, we all did the right thing and had Fish on Good Friday..... But, come Saturday we celebrated Mark's 60th birthday with our beautiful family and friends with a pig on the spit. What a fantastic first attempt, we have now fine tuned everything for an upcoming wedding in August.
