This page is about my love of coffee and wanting to share this with all of you. True coffee, brewed correctly and using freshly roasted beans is a complete sensory experience: from the sound of honey-like coffee flowing from a group handle and hitting the warm porcelain of a demitasse to the sight of dark, thick honeycomb crema and the aroma from roasted beans, ground coffee and a freshly pulled
shot to the creamy mouth-feel of a full-bodied single origin and the ensuing flavour explosion, lingering notes and aftertaste. My passion is to source the best beans from around the world and use personally created roasting profiles and a specially designed roaster to bring out the best characteristics of each bean. I offer these as both a single origin bean, allowing you to taste the characteristics of specific coffee bean varieties and growing/harvesting conditions from around the world and as specific blends, created to balance and marry different flavours to give you the ultimate espresso or milk-based coffee drink. I want to make my passion something for you to enjoy - a sensory journey we can take around the world together.
