One of our Chefs Suggestions offered for this weekend is our Pasta Vongole (pippies)
Fresh vongole pan tossed with shallots, cherry tomatoes, white wine garlic oil and topped with fresh basil and parsley served with our fresh pasta.
Available while our fresh vongole are available in our kitchen to cook. Fresh is best and when it sells out it sells out, no grabbing extra from the freezer at Pietro Italian.

So proud of my Pietro Italian Family and grateful for all the support from our long standing and new clients since moving to Mulgoa 8 months ago.
To be nominated this year was a big deal for us but to be placed as a finalist in such a hotly contested area for restaurants like Penrith LGA is like a backup up win from 2025.
