Come down to Italian Republic Day this Sunday 25th where we’ll be serving up three mouthwatering melts, each packed with bold flavours and serious crunch:

🕶 The Stallion – Sopressa salami, Spanish prosciutto, triple smoked ham, crispy rocket, Swiss & tasty cheese, finished with balsamic glaze.
🌿 Nonna’s – A veggie lover’s dream with basil pesto, Ajvar, Danish feta, sun-dried tomatoes, avocado, rocket & Swiss cheese.
🥪 The Reuben – A deli classic with pastrami, Swiss cheese, pickles, sauerkraut, pickled onion & creamy Thousand Island.

We have some really exciting news!! The long awaited time has finally come - Groov’n Coffee is doing our first event 🎉

That’s right, your 2 fav baristas will be brewing mean coffees, toasting delish toasties and serving sensational vibes THIS SUNDAY at Club Marconi’s Italian Republic Day 🇮🇹

For anybody that knows us, knows that we have been working so hard to get this show up and running and we are so excited to finally get the opportunity to serve you all!!

Introducing us - Meet the owners (a.k.a your 2 fav baristas) 🤜🏻☕️🤛🏽

Tristan and Allie are the dynamic duo. You’ll find these 2 attached at the hip majority of the time whether it be at work, or out at play. Although being friends for 7 years, when they started working together a little over 2 years ago, Tristan and Allie built an unbreakable bond through their love for their work. & their business idea blossomed.

Rumble Coffee started with their immense passion for the hospitality industry and an extreme love for making coffees. One of the the biggest aspects to this is the ability to connect with new people, giving our customers a ‘home away from home’ and allowing them a place of joy and energy. 

Allie and Tristan have been in this industry for 10 years where have been able to make deep connections with customers, whom some now they call friends. Customers who have followed us from workplace to workplace, not just because we serve a killer coffee, but because we do it with empathy and love. Every customer they meet is as important as this. 

In the Rumble trailer, you’ll find Tristan and Allie serving some damn good coffee and brunch-like foods with a promise to bring smiles, energy, passion and love to everything and everyone they serve. 

Rumble is a coffee trailer which is aiming to serve events, markets, and functions primarily on the weekends.

Some fun facts about the duo:
🫱🏻‍🫲🏾 Coffee of choice - Small double shot almond latte (but served not too hot 🥵)
🫱🏻‍🫲🏾 Fridays are their favourite day and not because of the weekend (hospo life means no weekends) but bc of Spotifys release radar bringing new bangas weekly 🎶
🫱🏻‍🫲🏾 They love a good brunch - smashed avo with extra bacon pls 🥓
🫱🏻‍🫲🏾 Fav pastimes include binge watching new series together, trying new food places, and ‘kicking it’ with their mates
🫱🏻‍🫲🏾 Allie is Tristan’s Uber service everywhere 🚖 Tristan is Allie’s personal chef 👨🏾‍🍳

Introducing us - Meet Allie 👋🏻

Allie’s hospo journey kicked off over 10 years ago when she started her job at Lollipops Playland. Working in the cafe, kitchen, reception, & events area, she quickly fell in love with serving people. After moving through several different jobs and roles - Allie realised that she thrived in organisation, making people feel good and making one hell of a coffee ☕️

Some fun facts about Allie:
🤜🏻 She’s a deep empath to all living things (that includes the creepy crawly spiders - which she’ll catch and release instead of killing🕷️)
🤜🏻 Her greatest happiness is being with good company and watching live music 🎶
🤜🏻 On that note - Allie’s taste in music is so broad that her playlists will probably give you a head spin, from pop, to indie, to hardstyle, rap, techno and everything in between
🤜🏻 Cheese is the way to her heart, she’ll add it to almost anything or eat it straight from the packet 🧀
🤜🏻 Allie is a great gift giver (you definitely want her to pick you for secret Santa)
🤜🏻 In her spare time she’ll probably be balling her eyes out to Greys Anatomy 🩺

Allie will be kicking it behind the coffee machine and slinging out some delicious coffees, drinks and having a chat to all of you 🤩 (just watch out for her sarcasm)
