14 months with this beauty and bloody hell has she humbled me 😂🤍
I thought years of catering had prepared me for running a food van. HAHA wrong.
We’ve had burnt toes, fryer fires, breakdowns, some very expensive lessons and a few events where we didn’t even break even.
I’ve learnt to tow, reverse, fix problems on the fly and most importantly, that being busy doesn’t always mean making money.
The prep, the setup, the long days and the cleanup afterwards are no joke.
But there’s also been so much laughter, amazing customers and absolute legends who’ve helped us along the way.
Some days I love it. Other days I question my life choices 😂
14 months later I’m still learning, still making mistakes and pretty bloody proud of how far we’ve come.
