When our brides ask us to create something a little out of the ordinary, there’s always a tiny bit of trepidation! We love our signature grazing tables, so a new look gets us thinking: can we pull it off, bring their vision to life and take it a little beyond the inspo pics?

I absolutely love how this table turned out, with our own Mudgee Made stamp on it, of course!

We’re so grateful to our brides for trusting us, nudging us in new directions and getting our creativity flowing.

Thank you SO MUCH for catering our wedding! The guests can’t stop talking about how good the food was — especially cocktail hour (special mention to the bang bang prawns and duck wonton shells!!!). Tiramisu bar was an absolute hit and it was so good we could offer different flavour options for people! Thanks again xx

We adore our new Tiramisu Bar just as much as our guests do! 🤎

From a little vision… to a VERY questionable sketch 😂… to custom production… and finally, the sweet relief when it all came together and fit like a glove!

And just like that, our Tiramisu Bar was born

It’s funny how menu items have their little ebbs and flows! Some are instant favourites, while others patiently wait for their moment 😂

This cauliflower side has been sitting on the menu for a while, and yesterday it finally got its first outing!

It’s got some pretty stiff competition up against our roast pumpkin and carrots… but I reckon it definitely holds its own 🙌

Lemony whipped white bean hummus, roasted cauliflower, chickpeas, currants, pumpkin seeds with a pomegranate dressing.

And after laying dormant ive seen her on another menu in the next couple of weeks too!

Thank you for such fantastic catering at a recent function at the Mudgee Team Training Centre. Absolutely beautiful food, catered perfectly to my coeliac dietary requirements. I honestly feel like this has been the best catering I have ever been provided.
