Well it's been the worst kept secret in Mudgee. Byron Perry Gelato is making a comeback. Byron Perry would like to thank John, Kerrie, Mick, Deb and all the team at Three Tails Brewery, Con and Marcello from Bar Italia and all our friends and supporters in helping make this happen!

To answer a few questions.

No, Byron Perry Café isn't reopening.
Yes Byron Perry Gelato is being made in Mudgee using local ingredients.
Yes our multi award wining gelatiere, Glenn, is heading up production.
No you cannot apply for position of taste tester.

Byron Perry Gelato will be available from the Three Tails Kitchen on their desert menu soon, keep on our socials.
