Poacher and Hound is a stylish café nestled in Glen Waverley’s Spectrum Business Park. The story is based on the relationship between fresh produce and the land it comes from. Poacher and Hound embrace the foundations of simple European intermixed with a contemporary Melbourne cafe feel. The relaxed environment is a versatile setting for a range of functionality cleverly executed by Teche Architects transforming the space to a sanctuary of earthly pleasures. With the use of natural stone, heavy textures justaposoed with precious metals, Techne celebrates the story of the Poachers environment. Poacher and Hound is an ideal place to grab a fast meal, catch up with friends or host your next work function. We offer express lunch and breakfast service, either as casual cafe style or formal dining. Providing take away coffee and meals large or small, our chefs capture the real authentic flavours of regional dishes from the continent.
