Our chef has been using the same recipe for his roast duck since 1986 when he was working in Guangzhou, China 🇨🇳 in renowned hotels and restaurants. He makes sure it’s flavour packed and marinates it for no shorter than 48 hours ⏰

Main aromas are star anise, spring onion, hoisin, ginger and other aromatics that we will keep secret 🤫 It’s blanched briefly once water and then again in vinegar for a crispier skin and then it goes into a custom oven where we hang the ducks to roast for 45 mins 🦆

Roast duck is super versatile! You can have it as is 🦆 on rice 🍚 or noodles 🍜or even in a pancake that we call Peking duck! Got left over? You can put in a stir fry to add extra flavour to your vegetables or noodles😉

Exciting news from Dan Andrews today! It has been a tough year but all our hard work has paid off Victoria! 👏🏻

We are operating under our COVID19 hours but we will revise the hours as we slowly go back to normal. We will keep you posted for upcoming Nov 1 on how dining indoor/outdoor will look like!
