The Old World Icon: 2024 Camille Cayran Gigondas from the Southern Rhône. It’s dark-fruited, rustic, muscular, and heavily structured with herbs and spice.

One of our most popular entrees is the Ocean Trout rillettes.

Fish rillettes are a savoury French spread made by slow-cooking fish with butter, oil, or cream, then shredding and mixing it into a rustic paste

We serve ours with a cos lettuce heart and house made cucumber pickle.
