You’re invited to our annual Winter Solstice Feast - this Thursday 18th of June 🔥

Celebrate the longest night of the year with 5 courses and matching wines.

Our kitchen has put together an exceptional, deeply comforting five-course menu designed to celebrate the rich, rustic flavours of peak winter. We will be showcasing everything from delicate lemon confit scallops and spiced duck rillettes to wild-caught venison and a spectacular chocolate cherry Bombe Alaska to finish.

When it comes to the best burger it’s down to 3 main elements. The bun, the patty and the sauce.

Our buns are made each morning and Ange does the best job to keep them crunchy but soft in the middle.

The 200g wagyu patties also minced in house, are grilled to perfection. Never overcooked or dry.

The sauce a creamy aioli that sets the stage before topping it all off with home made pickles, fresh lettuce and Gruyère cheese.

Long story short we make every element in house for you to enjoy.

Now the real question is - do you cut it in half? Or tackle it together?
