At Shole’s, Dijon and Nina are our dedicated cutters, but we believe true mastery comes from understanding both the pit and the smoke to honour the craftsmanship behind our BBQ. We’re proud to have one more pit master in training, bringing our family team to three skilled pit cooks 🔥
