Hey Birria lovers!

I’m reaching out to personally apologize for the frustration caused when we have to close early. I know how disappointing it is to head out for a meal only to find the doors shut, and I truly value your support.

To give you some context on how we operate: our kitchen is quite small, which means we have very limited fridge space to hold extra stock. Because our Birria takes 8–10 hours of slow-cooking and prep to get the flavor right, we can’t simply “whip up” a new batch once the rush starts.

This weekend, we experienced an unexpected surge in customers. While we usually aim to prep just enough to meet demand—especially with the rising cost of goods and our commitment to zero food waste—the rush simply outpaced our capacity.

We hate turning people away. Next time you’re planning to visit, feel free to check our Instagram/Facebook stories and Google business page for live updates.
