Long story short. Many people do get dad along for Father's Day so it's smart to book now if you want to have some hearty food, a nice drink or two, and celebrate with our family and team.

At Cafe Belgiorno, we're lucky to meet a lot of wonderful people.

For more than 20 years, Sue and Peter Charlton were among them.

Week after week, they shared meals, celebrated milestones and became part of the extended Cafe Belgiorno family.

Sue was much more than a regular customer. She was a friend, a passionate advocate for children's health, and someone who dedicated her life to helping families through her work in neonatal hip screening.

Our connection to Sue's work was also personal. One of the youngest members of our own family was among the last babies Sue scanned before her illness.

When we heard about the Dr Sue Charlton Memorial Sub-Fund, we knew we wanted to help.

That's why we're hosting a Happy Hour Fundraiser to celebrate Sue's life and support the continuation of the work she cared so deeply about.

We hope you'll join us for a relaxed evening of food, drinks, stories and community as we honour an extraordinary woman who meant so much to so many.
