Metro Bakery and Cafe Welcome to Metro | Bakery & Cafe. We are a licensed cafe and have an artisan bakery on site. We invite you to call in and join us for a coffee or a bite to eat.

Our journey began with Theo's dream of owning his own coffee shop back in 2009. Reluctantly, I left a thirty year teaching career to help Theo realise his dream. Before too long, I came to be as passionate about hospitality as I was about education. What began as a coffee and sandwich shop, has now evolved into an on-site artisan bakery, and a two site cafe and bar. The growth of Metro Bakery and Cafe has been a collaboration between us, our staff and our customers. Every time someone walks through our doors we make a promise to them. Our promise is to offer our customers the same hospitality that we would offer our family and friends. Toni and Theo Vorenas

We are really excited about these workshops. I imagine places will fill up quickly so grab your ticket while they are still available

A beer. A few bu****it stories. And a look at what’s actually going on underneath them.

Two practical, slightly left-of-centre workshops exploring how your mind works, why you do some of the s**t you do, and how understanding it can change the way you work, think, communicate and make decisions.

No prior knowledge required.
No sitting in a circle sharing your feelings.
And no need to leave your bu****it at the door.

Bring it. We’ll use it.

Both workshops run from 6–8pm.

$25 gets you in plus a beer or wine and a grazing board.
