Have you seen this Goldi Olive Oil advertised? I kept looking at it for weeks until I decided to visit the site and look further. I love a good olive oil, mostly for cooking, so did my sums and decided to purchase this package. It cost me $75 for 3 litres and came with a 500ml squeeze bottle also full of oil and a stainless steel funnel. Every 3 months I will be offered another 3 litres, which I can defer if I still have oil in my can. There's also other varieties. I like this smooth all rounder. The squeeze bottle has a great nozzle too. I'll leave the link below if you are interested in checking it out. (You don't have to subscribe )

Mark whizzed up this delicious dinner tonight using economical pork loin. Rubbed with a mixture of paprika, garlic powder, salt & pepper
& pan seared in olive oil..then into the oven for 15 mins or internal temperature of 65 degrees. Sauce was equal parts honey, light soy sauce & apple cider vinegar added to the pan juices.

About 4 litres of pizza/pasta/whatever sauce made from blitzed and cooked up fridge clean out veggies. Squash, capsicum, garlic chives, Oregano, carrots, shallots, zucchini, loads of spinach, garlic, onion, cherry tomatoes. Then I added 3 cans of tomatoes, salt, pepper, sugar, basil, olive oil. Another cook up. Mixed together & crazy blend til smooth. Yum. 🧄🍅🧅🫑
Pasta will be on the menu this week! 😁 I'll leave some fresh & freeze the remainder in portions.
