A frozen Pierogi delivery day was never on the cards only a week after the last one (when I offered both boiled Pierogi with sides as well as frozen). However since Lara Market was cancelled on Sunday & it was an unexpected financial hit - I started taking orders again. While I didn’t sell anywhere near what I sell at markets, I’m very grateful for every sale. If you received Pierogi today (with my cooking instructions)- & to the customer with a pick-up arrangement tomorrow- I do hope you enjoy and love your Pierogi meal. My frozen pierogi come with boiling instructions. If you prefer pan-fried, boil them first, put them in some melted butter (I usually have a tray with butter shavings that melt as soon as the hot pierogi hit the tray) or just spray a pan with oil and brown each side for a couple of minutes until crispy.

Deliveries Tuesday 14/07, Pick-Up’s Wednesday 15/07 (by arrangement). I currently don’t have another market booking until 31/07. (A few markets are on a winter hiatus). P.S. There’s also a few bottles left of my once-a-year, small batch Worcestershire Sauce! 3 hours on the stove, 3 months in the bottle before labelling and good for 3 years at least! Improves with age.

Thank you to everyone who ordered either frozen or boiled pierogi. All deliveries were completed early this evening. The most ordered side was speck/bacon followed by kimchi. Sauerkraut is usually ordered as much as bacon but it wasn't so popular this week. If you'd like some pierogi (boiled, pan-fried or frozen), I'll be at Lara Community Market on Sunday! 12/07 from 9am to 1pm.
