Gluten free baking has changed a lot over the years!
Many products, especially the ones manufactured in factories used to taste like cardboard or were very crumbly.
These Lemon Bundt Cakes and my plain Brownies are made with Almond meal which helps create the yummiest cakes.
When you visit the Cart please dont be put off by the GF tag as im sure you will be pleasantly surprised... they simply are the best!
