We’re looking for a talented and driven Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and elevate the dining experience for skiers and visitors alike. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and flair with locally sourced ingredients, crafting seasonal dishes that reflect the heart and soul of Mt Buller.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, inspire, and manage a dynamic kitchen team.
Create and execute an innovative menu that reflects the vibe of the mountain and delights our guests.
Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and efficient service.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and an unforgettable dining experience.
Manage food costs, stock levels, and supplier relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior kitchen leader in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for creating seasonal, locally inspired dishes.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience in menu development, inventory management, and food cost control.
A love for the alpine lifestyle and creating exceptional guest experiences.
