Hello everyone,

We’re now entering our 6th week since opening, and we truly want to thank you all for the incredible support and love you’ve shown us.

Many of you have asked whether we plan to offer more Korean food options, gluten-free choices, or vegetarian items.
We genuinely appreciate all of your feedback and suggestions.

As this is our very first business, we’re still learning every day. With a relatively small kitchen space, expanding the menu thoughtfully and sustainably takes time. But please know, we are constantly thinking, planning, and working on how we can bring you more variety and better options.

While we may not be able to introduce many new items immediately, we promise to keep developing and refining our menu step by step carefully and properly so that each new addition is something we are proud of and that you will truly enjoy.

Thank you again for supporting us, encouraging us, and being part of our journey.

We look forward to growing together with this amazing community.

Hello Mt Barker community 🙏

We just wanted to say a huge thank you for the amazing support over the past two days. Honestly, we didn’t expect such a big response, and we’re truly grateful for everyone who has come to see us.

As a brand new business, we’re still finding our rhythm, and we sincerely apologise to anyone who had to wait longer than expected. Your patience has meant a lot to us while we get everything running smoothly.

To make sure we can provide better service, we will be introducing a short break time starting Friday, 16th January, from 3:00pm to 5:00pm.
This will give our team time to prepare properly for the evening rush, so we can serve our dinner customers more efficiently and with better quality.

Because all our food is cooked fresh to order, during busy periods wait times can increase, and at times we may need to temporarily stop taking orders if the kitchen becomes too overwhelmed. We really appreciate your understanding in these situations.

As we are still in our first few days of trading, we are also learning how much chicken to prepare each day. If we happen to sell out, we may need to close earlier than expected. We will continue to do our best to prepare as much as possible so no one misses out.

Thank you again for the incredible support — we are committed to improving every day and giving Mt Barker the best food and service we can.

Hello everyone,

Today was our very first day of soft opening, and we were honestly overwhelmed by the support from the Mount Barker community. Thank you so much for coming in and giving us a try.

Due to the unexpectedly high demand, we unfortunately sold out of key ingredients much earlier than anticipated and had to close earlier this evening. We sincerely apologise to those who were unable to order or had to wait.

We are currently reviewing our preparation levels so we can serve everyone better as we continue our soft opening week. Your patience and understanding mean the world to us, and we promise to keep improving every day.

We know you’ve been watching us transform over the last 2.5 months! 🛠️🧡 To everyone who popped their head in and asked, “When are you opening?” – thank you for your amazing patience and support. It kept us going!

Our shop-fitting is officially complete, and we’re now behind the scenes fine-tuning our equipment and perfecting every single recipe. We’re doing this because we want to make sure your first taste of our Korean Fried Chicken is absolutely spot on. 🍗✨

The wait is almost over. Keep a very close eye on us... we’ve got something delicious coming your way very soon! 😉
