Kia Ora faithful followers of the HANGI WAKA. What a fabulous day at the Blacktown market we had today. Beautiful sun (thought it would never arrive) great people and heaps of stall holders.

On a more serious note we have had discussions with the management of Blacktown Market and am pleased to let everyone know that the meeting was a great success. it was explained to us that it wasn't so much an issue with the pie but an issue with not consulting Management regarding a menu change, which we should had done, for this we apologise sincerely to management. this will not happen again. (I think this is to quote a phrase "To eat Humble Pie")

Thanks again and lets put this far behind all of us and have many more great weeks and months at Blacktown.

On a brighter note ITS FATHERS DAY SUNDAY. And we are cooking up a fathers day special, shall post shortly to let you know the details. :)

Kai Ora, Well its full steam ahead again. We are looking forward to seeing all of you at Blacktown tomorrow morning. The weather man said its going to be a nice day so come and enjoy a great day wandering around and looking at all the treasures. Dont forget to grab a Kai,
