🎄 Christmas in July 🎄

Today we were delighted to create a delicious Christmas lunch for the beautiful Rumble family.

Basil pesto & cream cheese stuffed chicken breast, chargrilled honey, garlic, soy, lemongrass & ginger pork loin, apple purée, rosemary & thyme roasted potatoes, honey carrots and asparagus.

Housemade pappardelle pasta, Napoletana, mushrooms, zucchini, roasted pumpkin, spinach, capsicum, olives & grated parmesan (for the vegetarians)

Slow cooked plum puddings with white chocolate, orange sauce and candied pecans.

Homemade pavlova, cream and mint berry salad.

PIE TIME SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS - 1-30 JUNE 2022

We have two “Pies on a Plate” for the occasion, available 7 days a week.

Pie Time Goulash Pot Pie; Slow cooked Goulash (beef, lamb & pork) pot pie served with bacon mash & caulini - $20. There is a Gluten Free option available upon request. Available at LUNCH ONLY 11am to 5pm.

Pie Time Pink Lady Apple Pie; Pink lady apple, cinnamon & sour cream pie served with mint berry salad. $14. This is Gluten Free. Available for LUNCH and is still on our dinner dessert menu too.

The above Goulash dish is for dine in only as the Pot Pie is served in a ramekin dish.

Our weekend guests enjoyed these delicious grazing platters in front of the warm fire after a chilly game of golf.

Grazing platter for four people - only $45. Also available platters for two - $25 or platter for one - $15.

Call into the Bistro with friends for a platter and drinks from the Dormie Bar.

Plenty of space in our dining room or relax in the lounge room.

We are delighted to advise we will be participating in Pie Time Southern Highlands. This will run throughout the month of June 2022 only.

Finally resting after another busy weekend which included the celebration of Bill & Michael’s 60 year partnership. A prestigious, wonderful evening with delightful stories shared and a delicious Sunday breakfast to finish the function off nicely. Sunday afternoon welcomed the Moss Vale Cricket Club’s presentation with many hungry young cricketers. Cheers to the next week busily prepping for another busy weekend ahead.
