Hey Mosman 👋
Steak Frites by Chef Jon has been quiet for a little while… but I’ve been getting a lot of messages asking when (or if!) we’re coming back.

So I thought I’d ask you directly.

If we brought Steak Frites back this year, I’d be looking at running it on Sunday nights — the perfect end-of-week comfort food.

Before I lock anything in, I want to know:

Today is a special one.
My mum has arrived from France 🇫🇷❤️

Which also means… this is my very last service of the year for Steak Frites by Chef Jon.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to every single one of you who ordered, supported, shared, reviewed, and came back again and again. This little pop-up started as a simple idea and turned into something truly special because of you.

Ending the year the best way I know how: good steak, golden fries, a simple salad, a cold drink… and family at the table.

Thank you for being part of the journey.
See you next year… maybe even bigger 😉

I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who supported this journey — whether you ordered once, came back week after week, told your friends, or sent kind messages and reviews. This pop-up grew into something really special thanks to you.

If you’re thinking about one last steak tonight, I’d love to cook for you.
