For many of our Mosman customers, this olive oil is already familiar. But for the first time, we’re making it available beyond the shop and shipping Australia-wide.

Its story began in the early 1990s, when Peter Quattroville returned from Italy inspired to grow olives on Australian soil. In 1997, our family planted the first trees in Pokolbin. Nearly 30 years later, that grove has grown to 3,500 olive trees, still tended by family, still harvested with the same care.

And now, if you’ve ever had a friend you wanted to gift a bottle to, family interstate, or someone who appreciates good olive oil, now you can.
