Boujee Bakes! – Terms & Conditions
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure all bookings.
• Orders are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• The remaining balance must be paid before or at collection unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancellations will result in the loss of the deposit. If work has already commenced, additional charges may apply.
• Design changes are welcome up to 7 days before collection where possible. Changes requested after this time cannot be guaranteed.
• Inspiration photos are used as a guide only. Every cake is handmade and will not be an exact replica.
• Customers are responsible for transporting their cake safely. Once the cake has been collected, Boujee Bakes! is not responsible for any damage caused during transport, storage or handling.
• Cakes should be kept refrigerated unless advised otherwise and brought to room temperature before serving for the best flavour and texture.
• While every precaution is taken to avoid cross-contamination, Boujee Bakes! operates from a home kitchen where allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, soy and nuts may be present.
