We are looking for a Junior Permanent Part-Time Barista / All-Rounder who is passionate about coffee, hospitality, and working as part of a tight-knit team.

This role is ideal for someone early in their hospitality career who wants to build strong fundamentals in specialty coffee and café operations.

What we’re looking for
A genuine passion for specialty coffee and willingness to learn
A strong customer-first mindset and love for hospitality
A sharp eye for cleanliness, organisation, and presentation
Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
Comfortable working across bar, service, and general café duties

Requirements
Minimum 6 months experience.

Commute time of less than 30 minutes to our café at 10 Edwin Street, Mortlake

Minimum commitment of 2 full days per week (permanent part-time role)
