We have developed a brand new concept in fine dining.

After gaining a planning permit from VCAT (under much protest) ....We are proud to announce the arrival of a new concept in FINE DINING ....

Endangered & Deli-Cious only source produce from ethical, established and reputable endangered species breeding programs.

2% of all proceeds from our restaurant "Endangered & Deli-Cious" goes back into funding the breeding programs to ensure a continuing supply.

Because we give back to the breeding programs, we have been able to negotiate excellent prices for our produce, which of course, we will pass on to you, the consumer!

Rest assured.... 2% of your final bill will go back to the breeding program.

Have you ever wondered what a Baby-Northern-Hairy-Nosed-Wombat tastes like? I can assure you ....... they are DELICIOUS.

Maui’s dolphin lives off the coast of New Zealand, and with just 55 animals alive today, is the most endangered dolphin species. It is considered Critically Endangered by the IUCN. The biggest threat to this small population is entanglement in fishing nets. We were able to source only 8 of these beautiful creatures...... So as you can expect, our Maui dolphin dumplings are our most expensive dish n the menu.
