📢📢 ANNOUNCEMENT 📢📢

It's with a very heavy heart that we announce that we are closing the La Sorella doors.

Our last day will be Sunday 10th July so if you're after one more meal, drink, cake, gelato or conversation, please come and say hello to us this week!

We opened our doors in July 2019 in the thick of winter only to then be met by the bushfires and then COVID in summer.
This has by far been the hardest 2.5 years that we've ever experienced in the 30 or so years we've been in business.
Our dream of a seaside eatery was hamstrung from the start, but just like a Pheonix, it has risen from the ashes numerous times these past 2 years, when many other businesses sadly didn't.

The opportunity has arisen for us to pass this great location on to another business and so we look forward to starting a new chapter soon!

I would like to thank each and every one of you who came into our humble home and enjoyed a meal, some live music, dessert and gelato.
I will miss the friendships we have created - friends that i will remember for the rest of my life. People that supported us in one of our darkest times and then celebrated with us when the sun shon again. We are nothing without you!

To my team, you are and were the lifeline of this place and to say that my heart is full and overflowing does not do justice to the love and respect I have for you all. We created something truly wonderful together that I will always cherish. I wish each and every one of you the greatest of success on your journeys. (Going to miss those crazy summer days with you all 🤪)

As they say... as one door closes, another opens. For now, we'll focus on our Twisted Sista stores and see where the road leads us!

If you're missing our food, gelato or sweets, you'll find us (and some of the team!) at our Frankston Twisted Sista store.
