Our roasted rhubarb porridge is everything you want on a cold morning—creamy oats topped with slow-roasted rhubarb, berry compote, coconut yoghurt and a sprinkle of crunchy maple granola.

Sweet, tart, creamy and comforting in every spoonful.

Can you believe that one month ago, this was four bare walls and a dream.

This week, it’s full tables, hot coffee, and new faces from all over the Peninsula and beyond finding their way in.

Watching Balnarring go from bare bones to buzzing has been something else.

A little housekeeping as we settle in: we’re closed Sundays here while we find our feet. (Mornington’s got you covered for your Sunday fix in the meantime.)

As we settle into our new home in Balnarring, we’ll be taking a short break from Sunday trading while our team finds its rhythm.

If you’re craving your Dreamer fix on a Sunday, our Mornington café will be open as always and would love to see you.

Thank you for all the love and support you’ve shown us since opening. We can’t wait to welcome you back to Balnarring on Sundays soon, and we’ll let you know as soon as Sunday trading returns.

What started as a dream four years ago in Mornington has grown into a community we’re so incredibly grateful for—one that has cheered us on, supported us through every chapter, and somehow made us believe we could do it all over again.

Balnarring... we’re so excited to be here.

Our Dream Team are ready with coffee, toasties, brunch and warm welcomes. Whether you’re popping in for a takeaway or settling in for a long catch-up, we can’t wait to welcome you.

As always, there are so many people who helped bring this little dream to life.

Every now and then someone asks us what a tartine is. Fair question.

A tartine is a classic French open sandwich.

At Dreamer, you’ll find two on the menu:

🥑Avocado Tartine, served with whipped goats cheese, herbs, dukkah & basil oil.

When we were creating this season’s menu, we knew our Coconut Cold Foam Coffee and Coconut Cold Foam Matcha had to be part of it. There’s something about the silky coconut foam that feels indulgent and comforting, even on the cooler days.
