Every cup you drink at Rising Sun Rituals, Darvella Patisserie Bulimba and Citron Bayside starts right here. From sourcing the green beans to roasting, testing and dialing them in, it’s a process we’re incredibly proud of.

In this video, Danny takes you behind the scenes to show you how our beans go from roast to cup. It’s not a quick process, but we believe great coffee is worth taking the time to get right.

Our coffee is exclusive to Rising Sun Rituals, Darvella and Citron, so if you’ve been wondering what makes it taste different… this is where it all begins.

One of the final pieces of the Rising Sun Rituals flip is officially complete.

Our new signage is up, and it’s so exciting to finally see the vision coming together.

This rebrand has been about so much more than a new logo. It’s been about creating a space that feels warm, welcoming and true to what we believe coffee should be a daily ritual.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us through the journey. We’re so proud of how it’s coming together, and we can’t wait to show you what’s still to come.
