When I first started making raw vegan desserts from my kitchen in 2015 I was on a mission to create food that was made from whole food ingredients that supported our gut health and mental health without harming any animals in the making. Choosing organic, no refined sugars and quality ingredients I designed recipies that taste good and made us feel great when we eat them.
I never imagined Conscious Cravings would grow into a beautiful place that would hold space for so many people to connect and share food with this intention in mind.
I am so grateful for the support of every one of my customers, many who are now close friends. So it is with a heavy heart that I am announcing the closure of Conscious Cravings Cafes. It is time for me to have a new adventure which I will share along the way. BUT… it’s not the end of conscious cravings it’s a new beginning .
While on my new adventure, I’m excited to announce I will be compiling all my recipies into a cookbook to share with you all. This is something that I have always wanted to bring to life! I do ask to please be patient it won’t happen over night but it is already in the making 👀
There is also possibilities of some conscious cooking classes and overseas retreats so please express your interest if this is something you would like me to do!
Moving forward our space in Mornington will become WHOLESOME FOLK.
Wholesome food for wholesome folks! You will find on the menu salads, açai bowls, waffles, smoothies , juices and toasties at this vegetarian cafe.
Thank you for all your continued support and coming along for the journey of CCC, we are walking away from our Conscious Cravings Cafes knowing that together we have all made a incredible impact sharing with Melbourne just how yummy vegan food can be and how just being kind can go along way 🩷
