Heritage-listed and built in 1938, the building has been protected and has been restored with a contemporary refurbishment to become TOTE Bar & Dining. The Northern Terrace suits cocktail-style events for up to 100 guests. For larger occasions, exclusive use of the venue seats 90, or hosts up to 250 for a cocktail-style celebration.
